1. Order Processing

• Orders are custom-produced after full payment is received and any required proof is approved.

• Once production starts, orders cannot be canceled or changed.

• Proof approval is your confirmation that all content, layout, and colors are correct.

2. Shipping & Pickup

• Choose pickup at our Scarborough point (near Sheppard & Neilson) or shipping via available carriers.

• Shipping costs are displayed at checkout or invoiced separately.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

• Risk of loss or damage transfers to you once the package leaves our facility.

3. Local Pickup Instructions

We will email or text you once your order is ready. Please bring ID or proof of purchase when collecting. Unclaimed orders may be disposed of after 30 days.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Because all products are custom printed, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once the job is approved and completed.

• If you believe your order contains a manufacturing or printing defect, notify us in writing within three (3) business days of pickup or delivery, including photos and order number.

• If a defect is verified, we will reprint or credit the affected portion at our discretion.

• Cash refunds are not provided.

5. Order Delays & Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, supply chain issues, or events beyond our control (force majeure). Production and delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

6. Damaged Shipments

If a shipment arrives damaged, retain all packaging and notify both the carrier and our support team within 48 hours. Claims filed after that period may not be eligible for adjustment.
