By accessing www.printmybooklets.ca you agree to these terms of usage. www.printmybooklets.ca reserves the right to make changes to this Site and to these Terms of Usage without prior notice.

Transactions at www.printmybooklets.ca or by phone are subject to the State of Ontario laws. www.printmybooklets.ca is not responsible for the delay and/or damages resulting from Machinery Breakdown, Acts of God, and from other actions, both governmental and otherwise, including but not limited to war, riot, seizure, and embargo.

The Buyer’s order shall be deemed an acceptance of the Seller’s terms. The Terms and conditions shall in all respects be governed by Canadian law.

Printing: We thrive to print colors as close to your digital files, as possible. However, guarantee to match 100 percent is not provided. Simply because shiny screens show more colours than the print-equipment can print in the printing industry. Also calibration of your monitor affects what you see on your screen. Therefore, the colours on the printed products may differ from what you see on your screen.

Artwork: 0.125 inch extra on all 4 sides of the artwork, called bleed, is required. We can help creating that for an additional fee.

In case of an artwork having a border on the edge, it needs to be 0.25 inch thick. We will trim off the half of it (bleed), leaving the half on the print. All important elements like type and/or images must be at least 0.25 inch away from the edge of the artwork.

All images need to be 300 DPI at the actual size for crispy prints, avoiding blurriness and pixelation.

Large Prints: Please allow the possibility of 0.25 inch smaller trimming on Banners, Signs, Posters, Roll Up Banners, Fabric Pop Ups.

Due to the structure of the material, Coroplast Signs will show faint lines on the product’s surface. Vinyl banner material has uneven surface.

Most signage are meant to be seen from a distance of 8 feet or more. Hence, avoid using too small text/elements.

Promotional Products: Please be aware that the colour of the items is for reference only. No colour matching available due to various manufacturing conditions. Mock-up proofs are to indicate the approximate location/position of the imprint. Ink bleeding to certain level and small space fill ups are normal and there is no way to avoid that.

Orders are considered “received” when fully paid by the customer. After receiving an order we will check your files for layout only. Colours are solely customer's responsibility.

A proof will be sent to the customer for approval for orders that we design. Our turnaround time begins ONLY when we receive yout approval. Cut-off time is 1 PM. Approvals received after the cut-off time are considered for the next day.

Please note that our cut-off time for standard products is 1 pm EST Monday to Friday. All our orders are standard 3-5 business days turnaround time unless otherwise stated. Shipping and transit time are not included in the turnaround time.

Our official working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 7pm. Order received during the nonworking hours will be processed the next business day.

Production will begin the following day for orders received after the cut-off time. Although we rarely miss production schedules, the printing and pre-press process involves equipment which is subject to malfunctions and/or equipment failure. We will always do everything in our power to make sure that any production problems do not delay your job. However, please note that ALL production and delivery times ARE NOT CONTRACTUAL, and no turnaround time can be guaranteed. No verbal or written correspondence can change that. Please try to plan date sensitive materials timely.

Any claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made in writing within two (2) business days after receipt of the merchandise. We will replace only those orders that were processed incorrectly. The replacement of the order will take place only after the receipt of returned merchandise. Customer is responsible for the returning shipping charges. We will not replace the order if it is determined by us that the order was misused or mishandle by the buyer or part of the order was used by the buyer and part of the order is being returned. Defective items must be returned within seven (7) business days for review after the approval.

Due to the custom nature of this work, www.printmybooklets.ca does not issue refunds for design-work.

Credit Card If the Buyer’s credit card is declined, www.printmybooklets.ca will not process the Buyer’s order. If the order is shipped and should the Buyer’s account become delinquent, Buyer agrees to pay a monthly finance charge of 2% (annual percentage rate of 24%) on the unpaid balance. If an account goes beyond the payment term’s due date, unless specific arrangements are made, future purchases will require advance payment. If www.printmybooklets.ca must commence legal action to enforce any terms of this agreement, the Buyer agrees to pay reasonable legal fees and costs.

Warranty: Since all orders are unique to the customer, All Sales Are Final. If we verify that we made an error, we will re-print the order. No Refunds or credit. www.printmybooklets.ca neither makes any explicit warranty nor imply or accepts any responsibility other than possible re-print of the products that Buyer is buying. www.printmybooklets.ca may but does not guarantee the replacement of the defective product or credit the amount of the purchase price.

There is no warranty or return on hardware.

Shipping Shipping terms are F.O.B. Toronto. www.printmybooklets.ca will arrange for shipping with the courier on behalf of the buyer. The Buyer will be fully responsible for the shipping and handling cost. We do not ship to PO boxes. The customer is responsible to provide the right shipping address. www.printmybooklets.ca will not be responsible for the delay in delivery, loss or damage of the order while the order is with the shipping courier. www.printmybooklets.ca will not be responsible for returned, wrong address or non-pick-up orders. In store pick up items will be held for 15 business days only.

Importing outside of Canada Products shipped outside of Canada may have additional charges billed by the courier. Product prices and/or shipping charges are not included with import taxes, custom fees, and duties. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for these charges. We will be able to estimate and advise these charges prior to ship, by request only.

Limitation of Liability www.printmybooklets.ca will not be liable in contract or in tort (including negligence) to the customer for incidental or consequential damages, arising out of or resulting from anybody’s performance or non-performance of our obligations. www.printmybooklets.ca shall not be liable to anyone for any kind of financial losses, cost, expenses, damages and/or other economic damages. The Buyer agrees that the Buyer will not hold www.printmybooklets.ca responsible for any and all loss, cost, expense, and damages (including legal costs) on account of any and all manner of claims, demands, actions, and proceedings that may be instituted against www.printmybooklets.ca and its affiliated company (S) on grounds alleging that the said work violates any copyrights, trademarks, service marks, or is scandalous, or invades any person’s right to privacy or other personal rights. ♦
